Job title: Administrative and project support officer
Responsible to: President
Main purpose of job:
The Administrative and Project Officer is responsible for the smooth running of the organisation’s administration, providing high level administrative and operations support to the Executive Director and delivering administrative support on projects.
• Supporting management and other team members in the delivery of projects
• Transcribing project interviews and meetings; writing meeting minutes
• Processing expense claims, payments to suppliers and the monthly payroll
• Organising meetings and events
• Ad hoc distribution of research reports and briefings
• Processing routine correspondence
• Managing other administrative and operations tasks as and when they arise.
